If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Zeit Watches, you may return the full product within 15 days of recieiving it for a refund.  Your product must be unworn, still have tags attatched, and be in original packaging for refund.

To return your items, follow these steps:

1. Repackage the product

2. Email us at [email protected] with your intent to return the item and your reason

3. We will review your request and send you a return label (Shipping charges may apply depending on your location)

4. Print this label and attatch to package with your purchase

5. Drop off package at your nearest post office

We will keep you updated during the process and let you know when the package has arrived at the warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days for refund to be processed after arrival. Please, contact us with any questions; we want to provide you with the best experience possible.
